The Young Terps Program is a five-year program designed to enhance the support of the Terrapin Club and Maryland Athletics from Young Alumni. If you have graduated from the University of Maryland at College Park, within the last five years, you are eligible!

As a recent graduate, you embody the future of the Terrapin family and represent the vital support for our 20 varsity sports. But we also understand that as a recent graduate, your financial resources are limited. Thus, we’ve developed a gradual giving increase timeline that gives you immediate Terrapin Club benefits without hurting your bank account.

How to Join the Young Terps Program

If you have graduated within the past 5 years from the University of Maryland at College Park, you can join the Young Terps Program. To enroll, all you have to do is pay the minimum amounts listed below and provide your year of graduation. By doing so, you will automatically be placed in the Young Terps Program and receive all benefits that come with it, including Silver level benefits in the Terrapin Club.

Year 1 – $25
Year 2 – $50
Year 3 – $75
Year 4 – $100
Year 5 – $135

Notes
Maryland young alumni may join this program at any time within their first five years removed from graduation. However, if someone joins the Terrapin Club in their third year removed from Maryland, they must start at the third year level of $75, their fourth year $100, etc.

If a Young Terps member elects to donate at a higher giving level for additional Terpoints and benefits, they are encouraged to do so and will still be a part of the Young Terps Program.
