Terrapin Club Members,
I cannot thank you enough for all of the support that you provide our student-athletes through attending games, donning your Maryland gear, and continuing your membership in the Terrapin Club.
This is a very exciting time to be part of the University of Maryland Athletics Family! We are off to a tremendous start to the fall season in all of our sports, including our football team’s 2-0 start. Excitement is building from the first two wins, and anticipation for this weekend’s game against UCONN is growing.
Our student-athletes need you now more than ever. There is no better way to continue showing your unwavering support than by coming out to the football game this Saturday against UCONN at 12:30 pm. We need you to support our student-athletes, cheer loudly, and help add to the dynamic home field advantage we enjoy at Capital One Field at Byrd Stadium.
Not only can you enjoy watching our undefeated team fight to earn another win, but you will also have the opportunity to indulge in our improved gameday experience on campus. Make sure to join us at Terp Town starting three hours prior to kickoff, where admission is free. We have an expanded Terp Town for the 2012 season to include live musical performances and beverages in Moxley Gardens, as well as several new food venders and interactive games for the kids.
We have also made transportation to and from the stadium more convenient with a new express shuttle service between the Comcast Center and the stadium, as well as Member Assistance service with multiple pickup locations throughout our Terrapin Club parking lots. Click Here to learn more about the express shuttle service.
Our staff will continue to strive to provide outstanding service and one-of-a-kind experiences for our alumni, students, fans and supporters at every game. College gamedays are always special occasions, and we have one of the best waiting for you here in College Park this fall.
Come out and show your Maryland Pride and join me at Capital One Field at Byrd Stadium. Go Terps!
